Delivery

We offer free UK mainland delivery on all orders. For United States orders, shipping starts from $6 USD. For international orders – including Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man – rates vary, but typically start from around £4 depending on the location.

NEW: EU Order Import Fees

From 1st July 2021, all orders from the UK to EU countries (including the Republic of Ireland) may be subject to local import VAT and, in some cases, a customs clearance fee. These charges are set by your country and will be payable by you before the parcel is delivered.

Import VAT rates vary between 17% and 27% depending on your location and are calculated based on the total order value (items + shipping). Customs clearance fees also vary by country – for reference, these range from £8–£15 in the UK.

We accept payment by all credit and debit cards, Google Pay and PayPal.

We try to ship all orders the same day or the following day. Orders placed after 11am will generally be shipped the following working day (not including weekends). 

If you do not receive your UK mainland order 10 days after, or international order 15 days after order confirmation, please let us know and send your order number to us at: info@beaus-bells.com. We will not be able to do anything until 10/15 days have passed from order confirmation.
